Meet Our Green Team

Megan McDugald
Megan holds a Landscape Design degree from Kansas State University and has over 21 years of expertise in commercial horticulture. She led the Horticulture Department at Opryland Hotel for 11 years, honing her skills in interior plant design. Licensed in Ornamental & Turf pesticide application in Tennessee, Megan prioritizes customer-centric interiorscapes that enhance the guest experience and reflect each property's unique brand identity.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys playing tennis, family lake trips, and exploring new destinations with her husband and two children.

Chuck Feltner
Passionate about art and design from a young age, Chuck began his career at Bolce Interiors in Cincinnati, Ohio. He transitioned to floral design, creating stunning designs for major weddings and events, sparking his love for plants.
After working as a personal shopper for celebrities at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City, Chuck moved to Nashville in 2008 to become the lead interior designer at ReCreations Home. With a portfolio that includes A-list musicians and entrepreneurs, Chuck joined Urban Botanics Design in October 2024 as a Plant Care Specialist.
